Grief ; A deep sorrow, especially that caused by someone’s death. You may experience trouble sleeping, little interest in food, problems with concentration, as well as having a hard time making decisions. There will be good days and there will be bad days.
They say to ; Take care of yourself. Exercise. Eat healthy. Sleep. Talk with caring friends. Visit with members of religious community. See your doctor. Take a walk…. or 20…. visit the library. Volunteer. Try an exercise class. Join a bowling league. Take any new class. Consider adopting a pet. Take any new class.
STAY IN TOUCH WITH FAMILY & FRIENDS!!! I can not stress this one enough. Family and friends support is going to be your life saver.
